Welcome To The HillaryNneoma Embrace Autism Foundation

The HillaryNneoma Embrace Autism Foundation is a global autism-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to building lifelong systems of care, dignity, inclusion, empowerment, and future security for autistic individuals and their families.

Born from the deeply personal journey of Founder & CEO Deborah Miri-Ihezue and her daughter, Hillary Nneoma—a premature NICU survivor later diagnosed with autism—the Foundation was established in response to one of the most profound and often unanswered questions confronting autism families around the world:

"What happens to individuals with autism when their parents are no longer able to care for them?"

This question is at the heart of the Foundation's work.

The HillaryNneoma Embrace Autism Foundation moves beyond traditional awareness and therapy-centered approaches by addressing the realities that emerge across the entire lifespan—from childhood and adolescence through adulthood, aging, caregiver transition, and long-term future planning.

Through an integrated, family-centered model, the Foundation seeks to create sustainable pathways that strengthen both autistic individuals and the families who support them. Its work encompasses lifelong support systems, caregiver empowerment, communication access, inclusive living, vocational and life-skills development, financial and future planning, cultural inclusion, advocacy, and community-based partnerships.

Central to this vision is the belief that an autism diagnosis should never diminish a person's right to dignity, belonging, communication, opportunity, meaningful relationships, safe and supportive living, and a secure future.

The Foundation also recognizes that supporting an autistic individual means supporting the family and caregiver ecosystem surrounding that individual. Parents and caregivers often spend decades navigating education, healthcare, employment, communication, housing, financial planning, and daily support—while carrying an enduring concern about who will continue that care in the future.

The HillaryNneoma Embrace Autism Foundation therefore seeks to help transform that uncertainty into preparedness, continuity, community, and hope.

By bringing together families, educators, healthcare professionals, researchers, technology innovators, housing partners, governments, corporations, faith and community leaders, and international organizations, the Foundation aims to develop scalable models of support that can strengthen autism communities across cultures and geographic boundaries.

Our Long-Term Commitment

Our work is ultimately about more than programs.

It is about creating continuity beyond the caregiver.

It is about building systems that can endure when parents grow older.

It is about empowering caregivers while they are present and establishing structures that can continue supporting their loved ones when they are no longer able to do so.

And it is about helping create a world in which autistic individuals are not merely accommodated, but valued, included, empowered, protected, and supported throughout their lives.

The HillaryNneoma Embrace Autism Foundation is building toward a future where autism support does not end with childhood, a program, a diagnosis, or a caregiver—but continues across the lifespan and across generations.

Mission Statement

The HillaryNneoma Embrace Autism Foundation exists to transform the future of individuals with autism and the families who walk beside them by building inclusive, culturally responsive, and sustainable systems of support across every stage of life.

We empower autistic children, youth, and adults to live with dignity, communicate with confidence, develop their abilities, participate meaningfully in their communities, and experience greater security and opportunity throughout their lives. At the same time, we strengthen and equip parents and caregivers—especially mothers—with the emotional, financial, educational, advocacy, and future-planning resources they need to thrive.

Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, inclusive living solutions, communication access, caregiver empowerment, cultural advocacy, education, and global collaboration, we work to close the gaps that too often leave autistic individuals and their families unsupported as they transition from childhood into adulthood and across the lifespan.

Our mission is not simply to create awareness of autism, but to build a world where autism is understood across cultures, support continues throughout life, caregivers are strengthened rather than forgotten, and every autistic person has the opportunity to live a life of dignity, belonging, purpose, choice, and hope.

Mission Promise

From diagnosis to adulthood. From caregiver support to future security. From awareness to meaningful inclusion. From today's needs to a lifetime of possibilities. We embrace the whole person. We empower the whole family. We help build the future.

Vision Statement

We envision a world where every autistic individual is embraced with dignity, empowered to communicate, supported to live a meaningful and secure life, and assured of lifelong systems of care—regardless of age, ability, culture, geography, or circumstance.

The HillaryNneoma Embrace Autism Foundation seeks to build a future where no autistic person or family faces the journey alone; where caregivers are strengthened and empowered; where inclusive housing, communication access, education, opportunity, and future planning are within reach; and where communities and cultures recognize autism through the lens of possibility, belonging, and human dignity.

Our vision is a global continuum of support that endures across the lifespan and beyond the caregiver—creating communities in which autistic individuals are not merely accommodated, but valued, included, protected, empowered, and given every opportunity to thrive.

Mission Promise

A world where autism is embraced, families are empowered, and every future is secure.
